SOCIAL NETWORK cleans the Boston Society of Film Critics Awards
King’s favorite Oscar speech was excluded, the Black Swan Darren Aronofsky and David O. Russell ’s The battle took home two awards each. Hit the jump for the full list of winners and finalists.Today, the Society of Film Critics Boston announced its selection: David Fincher Social Network walked away with victories in most major categories, including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Director, Best Screenplay and Best Use of Music . With the date of the Academy Awards ever closer, the precursor awards are in full swing. Earlier today, the American Film Institute announced its list of the 10 best films of the year, and now many U.S. based of the city film critics groups have begun to release their lists of the best of 2010.
