James Cameron announces AVATAR: the exhibition, prepares to open next June in Seattle

But what is next in line is better than the best memories: Avatar: The Exhibition.is which opens on June 4, 2011 at the Science Fiction Museum in Seattle.James Cameron has become the highest grossing film of all time and, with two sequels already aligned, their success will ride for a long time.
Organized by Experience Music Project | Science Fiction Museum (EMP | SFM) in association with 20th Century Fox and James Cameron, director of production company Lightstorm Entertainment, the show will bring the imaginative world of Pandora to life. More details after the jump.
Drawings, objects, handmade models Na’vi characters, costumes and AMP (Armored Mobility Platform) suit worn in the combat scenes in the epic science fiction film are among the many items that will go on screen. Visitors also will have fun pretending you’re James Cameron, Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana through the number of interactive installations that have 3D and motion capture.
James Cameron wants to be an enriching experience and explains how an exploratory trip through the creation of Pandora and culture and innovative technology:
“It will create a tactic that will actually be a good mate seeing the movie. Fans will be able to see first hand the work behind of the film, if this is how the scenes have been captured, or how a suit Na’vi was built as a garment of the real world, then produced digitally. “The exhibition will be a unique opportunity for people to learn not only how the film was made, but the Pandora experience a much deeper way.
Brooks Peck, Associate Curator at EMP | SFM, also said in a press release:
“We are honored to work with James Cameron and the debut of Avatar: The exhibition at our museum in Seattle. Avatar completely revolutionized the film, advancing technologies and production processes, and changing forever the way we watch movies. In exposure, we will bring to life the imagination of Avatar, and Cameron dominated technological innovations to capture the magic of the screen. ”

Given the commercial phenomenon that Avatar has been, I was actually hoping for a park in bad taste to appear anytime soon, so I’m waiting (sort of) be in the seat of Cameron, in Seattle.
Avatar: The exhibition will run until September 3, 2012, before making their way to other arts and cultural institutions in the U.S. and around the world.
As previously reported, parts 2 and 3 of the trilogy of Avatar are aligned to December 2014 and 2015
