Hans Zimmer discredit Superman Rumor

Well, a lot less than five days was reported that Hans Zimmer was more or less set to score Zack Snyder Superman reboot. It made sense, so often the composer on board as associate producer Christopher Nolan. The man was even quoted to say, in response to what it would be performance monitoring iconic John Williams, “It’s hard, but I followed one of the most iconic of Batman with Chris as well, and is the same thing.”
Well, in a recent interview with THR’s Oscar-winning composer denied this rumor saying that it is not so attached to Superman, who has not even met Zack Snyder – and that his comments were taken completely out of context. But I bet somewhere in Tyler Bates only wet with feverish joy. Of course, this does not Zimmer score the film (his previous observations suggest that at least thought about it), just has not been officially approached by Snyder and directed the study. At this stage there is plenty of time for him to complete the multi-billion project is currently connected to the board and production. Hit the jump for the interview.
THR: The Internet is buzzing with rumors that it has signed the draft Zack Snyder is Superman. Some truth to that?
Let’s be quite direct here: I have never met in my life of Zack Snyder. Hans Zimmer: You know, it’s like some dirty quote out of context. I think I need to give a ring. Suddenly, all sorts of things begin to flow around without notice. But here’s the thing: No Ronni [Chasen].
THR: So if Ronnie was around this probably would not be happening?
You know, I can not even remember ever talking about Superman. Zimmer: No! Of course not! It’s a little, you know, is a bit like “guilt by association” is not it?
THR: As Batman?
Zimmer: I met Chris Nolan, once you know Zack Snyder, so I’m making Superman. You know that’s all it is.
THR: You may stem from the fact that many people would like to see take this project. Based on the Batman movies.
Not even know how to go and give voice to it. I have not thought about it.Zimmer: What I can say: My heart belongs to Batman.
THR: To say nothing of following in the footsteps of John Williams.
So no. John Williams, the greatest living composer – period. And that happens to be one of its main themes. And I’m thinking back to write Beethoven’s Ninth either. I’ve never talked to Zack SnyderIt just sounds like a thankless task, you know? So it is unequivocally no. Zimmer: Well done!
