DEXTER renewed for a sixth season
Good news for fans of Dexter today as a renewal of the sixth season of the hit series seems to be imminent. While two seasons was ordered in 2008 the lead up to the current five-station, and the creators talked about making a solid five-year, end it, Dexter will air for at least one more season after this year.
Hit the jump for some of my thoughts and more about the renovation.With last week’s episode of Dexter to win the second highest marks in the history of the program, THR reports that an official announcement for the renovation is expected shortly.
According E! Online, the sixth season has not been announced as the final, while executives say the series seventh is probable, the contracts of key players “have to be renegotiated after the sixth for the show continue.While Dexter continues to reap record audiences and remain very profitable, just ordered a sixth season at the moment.

At the end of last week’s episode, “In the beginning,” I really hoped that Dexter will get caught by Deb and Quinn. I love the show and want to continue as long as possible, but Dexter can not avoid being trapped forever, and that is something that has been recognized on multiple occasions.It seems that every time someone comes dangerously episode to find out who he is, just to open a door and spectacular view not being there. While at the beginning of the season looked like it might be the last, the latest episodes of Dexter have been out of being caught, as usual.
Although each season tends to end up with someone who knows he will die, I’m thinking Lumen will stay there, and we will be entering the sixth season with an important person to know about “Dexter’s dark passenger.What is clear is that Dexter has eluded being discovered many times in the stations, and Liddy, Quinn, Jordan Chase, and now Soul in its tail, it is unlikely that we will leave free and clear this season. With only two episodes left this season and Deb Lumen dangerously close to finding it is difficult to guess what may happen.
